BSpoke16 - Artists, Makers and Designers Trail 2020

BSpoke16 are very excited to announce an Artist, Makers and Designers Trail in the BS16 area.

The trail will run across three days starting on Friday 31st July – 2nd August. Exhibitors will display their makes outside their homes, on drives, in gardens and workshops. Social distancing guidelines will be followed, keeping everyone safe while customers enjoy browsing.

The idea of the outside arts trail is to platform the new work of local makers, who have still been making in the lockdown and provide an opportunity for the public to engage with artists and respond to their creativity during this period through encouragement, feedback and sales.

A map will be available online displaying where the makes can be viewed, alongside contact details for each of the exhibitors. Limited printed copies will also be available from the 30th July.

“We’ve had an incredible response from makers, with nearly 50 addresses to visit so far - the map is growing daily. There’s a variety of exhibitors: needle-felters; ceramicists; printmakers and much more. BS16 is a wide area, stretching from Pucklechurch to Cheswick Village, Stapleton to Soundwell with many traders in walking or cycling distance of each other.
