The good folks at The Food & Drink Guides have done something incredible, they’ve made the Clifton Suspension Bridge out of gingerbread!

Taking on Isambard Kingdom Brunel, new team member Alex Everill accepted the challenge and completed the gloriously tasty creation in 2 days.
