Bristol Pizza Festival Is Recruiting For Pizza Judges

    Fancy being a pizza judge?

    It’s November, which for foodie and boozie lovers means only one thing: Bristol’s first Pizza, Beer & Fizz Festival. And organisers Foozie are looking for three pizza judges to try all of the Bristol pizza creations and decide on a winner.

    Hosted at The Station on Saturday 19th November, the Pizza, Beer & Fizz festival will bring together the holy trinity of the foodie world: pizza, craft beer and Prosecco, for a one-off all day celebration of food, drink and music for the people of Bristol and beyond.

    Now Foozie is looking for three pizza judges who will try a quarter of a pizza from each trader, score each out of a number of important qualities and decide on the winner together. Each judge will get the following:

    • 2 free tickets to the festival
    • a quarter of a pizza from each trader
    • 2 beer/prosecco tokens
    • an official pizza judge t-shirt

    Foozie Founder Thom Whitchurch said:

    “We have recruited for a lot of jobs before, but the judges are the most important by far. We have asked the traders to create something really special as a Bristol themed pizza, so choosing a winner is going to be tough – but it’ll be the most fun and rewarding job ever!”

    All you have to do to become a judge is tell Foozie why you would qualify in no more than 100 words. The successful applicants will be contacted and announced on Friday 11th November.
