9. Clifton Seafood Company – Porthilly Mussels

Pieminister was born in 2003 when founders Jon and Tristan set up shop in Stokes Croft, Bristol. Hyde & Co has been an institution on Bristol’s famous cocktail scene since opening its doors back in 2010 and you can now get their epic cocktails delivered to your door. Their Negroni is a perfect weekend addition.
